New Member in Missouri

Clayton Stark

Hey everyone,

My name is Clayton Stark and I am from the Wentzville, Missouri area. I am new to real estate investing and excited about getting started. I started listening to the podcast and am on episode 25 now so I have a long way to go. Do you recommend staying at the beginning or should I jump ahead to where they go along with current times and events?

I also reading the UBG to gain as much knowledge as possible but still have a lot to learn

I have not done any deals yet but have stumbled across an opportunity any am going to look at 3 condos Thursday night. There are 6 units in the building, so I would be taking half of the building.

Any tips or advice on what to look out for or how to make sure it is a good deal? I would hate to get started the wrong way

Thanks in advance!

Clayton
