Thanks! For the welcomes and well wishes. Still new learned a lot so far coming in with no experience at all in real estate. I did buy my first property in 2004. The prices are bit high here in Hawaii, but that's not going to stop me by any means. Looking to get my first deal under my belt and add to my portfolio. I see a lot of mentors on here who I can learn from.
