Newbie in Tampa, FL

Hey guys, great site that I have come across and am introducing myself.
I live in Melbourne, FL but primarily interested in finding decent condos to hold and rent out in South Tampa (including downtown, SOHO, channelside..etc.) I used to live in Tampa and absolutely loved it, and do own a condo unit that is producing a small positive cash flow (not great as the unit was bought at height of the bubble.) I would prefer to avoid any units that require extensive upgrades.

Honestly, I have a a very busy full time job that sucks up about 80-90 hours per week so don't have a lot of time to dwelve into the RE world as I would like to. I am interested in parterning with others with similar goals, and while I lack experience, I would try to make up with capital.
