Can I get a loan with employment outside the USA or should I wait

Hello all BP members. I'm an Accountant currently living and working outside of the US for the next two years. I want to start investing in the Orlando FL area where I lived for the past 6 years. My question is, would I be able to get a loan with my overseas salary, or should I just focus on saving and wait until I return in 2023? During the two years period, I will be able to save 100K-140K. Or is there a way to navigate around the loan process if they do accept my overseas salary?
