Can BRRRR strategy w/ low income and $110,000 in the bank?
I've been doing research about the BRRRR strategy and I believe this is the route I would like to take if possible. However, I'm still a little confused and worried about a few things that may stop me. If I buy a property with no loan and renovate, is refinancing an option since I don't have any financing on the house? If refinancing is possible, will my low income stop brokers for considering giving me a loan?
Thank you,
Mike
