Greetings and Many Thanks to BP members for the knowledge shared on this forum. My profile needs work, I know, but it's because I've been absorbing as much as possible from the forums, etc. I am in RURAL East Tennessee transplanted from San Diego where I was a teacher and did have RE Agent lic. and even a desk at a Prudential office and then it became 2009, lol and here I am...finally got a grasp of the differences in the CA vs. East TN markets and have a little baby list from Listsource along with a YL template (need stamps, lol) and I am mailing by Tuesday. I know to try the auctions for buyers, have a few names for lenders but I am most interested in getting a good base of knowledge for finance options including basics a bit more advanced than the Beginner's Guide describes. I'm having a hard time finding REI groups in my area...tried "meetup " and Google but no real results. My goal is to build capital through wholesaling for two to five years then switch to Buy and Hold. Thank You in advance for your input. I don't yet know how to @...... so please excuse me if I am slow out of the gate on that.
