I was born and raised in Memphis TN and I live in Germantown TN, which is a suburb. I have 5 children (3 grown and 2 at home). I have sold real estate for the last 12 yrs. Market got tough and everyone at my house still wanted to eat. I got back into HR at Hilton Worldwide and am selling real estate part-time. I am 52 and figure if I am going to do this wholesaling thing (I have been interested for yrs) I better get crackin'. I know enough about real estate to be dangerous...I have several professional contacts and the Steve Cook wholesaling course, so at least I have a place to start. With God as my pilot and the Bigger Pockets community I feel I will be successful.
