Well Hello:

New to Bigger Pockets and live near Portland, ME. In the process of re-evaluating a real estate investment strategy...have not invested in over 10 years but have rehab and flipped 4 houses and did own a small commercial (2 atps, 2 retail fronts) property years ago. Want to re-educate myself and determine the best strategy to crease solid income in retirement (about 7 - 10 years from now)...possible flip to create investment cash then invest in 5 - 20 unit residential / light commercial buildings...just not sure may depend on who I have to network with

Hi Bernie, we don't live that far apart. I'm in Damariscotta. I'm new to BP too but you're way ahead of me on investing. I'm very interested in networking, learning, mentoring, meetings, etc, and may try to make it to the So. Po. meeting tonight if I can figure out where it is.
