Hello, BP family! 
My name is Tim Nelson. I am originally from New Hampshire and currently reside in Southern California (San Diego). I am in the process of obtaining my real estate license and have been doing extensive research for the last year on wholesaling, rehabbing and/or flipping units and feel ready to attack my first deal!
