Finding cash buyers
Hello large pant compartment geniuses. My names Garrett and I have just now caught the real estate investing bug. I have located a potential wholesale deal in Freeport Texas. However I have trouble with finding a potential cash buyer. If anyone could lend some advice of good places and businesses to find an investor it would be greatly appreciated.

Local doctors, Engineers, lawyers, yacht owners...Its many buyers out there. You have to be creative. Go and talk to the title attoney at the court house and see if they have any investors that would be interested in the property.
I run Deedfuel that helps identify recently purchased properties by investors and their contact information that makes this process easier.
Hope this helps!
