Advice for a Newby looking to invest in Allentown, PA

Kevin Reilly
Posted

Hello BP Community,

I am relatively new to real estate investing and am currently looking for my first deal in Allentown, PA. I am not too familiar with the area as I am from NY but I am aware of the benefits of investing in the area. I am just trying to gather some information to learn as much as I can about Allentown.

Are their parts of the area I should be avoiding?

I truly appreciate any and all advice/comments.

Thank you!

@Kevin Reilly

Hey Kevin! Great meeting you, it’s exciting to have you join us in the Lehigh Valley. I’m a property manager and investor in Allentown so I could definitely give you some deeper insight into the area. We should talk some more over coffee or a phone call. Let me know when you’re free!
