New member looking to expand out of Colorado

Good afternoon everyone. I'm Josh. 

I am currently based out of Colorado, but am looking at pursuing a change of scenery. At the moment, I'm looking into upstate NY and FL specifically. 

My investment strategy tends to lean toward the "House Hacking" side of things. I like to buy a property, do renovations and updates while living there, then rent it out through a property manager and move on to the next project. 

Above all, I want to take advantage of the BP forums to expand both my network and knowledge base.
