Starting my first LLC and to buy and hold rental property

Hello, I am writing this today in regards to the beginning process of buying a property through an LLC. I almost made the mistake of buying a property first, but thankfully none of my offers went through. I would appreciate any advice or previous experiences that I can learn from and avoid if possible.
