Northern California Newbie
Hey Bp, I'm excited to be part of the Biggerpockets community. My names Joe, I'm 31 and I live in northern California. I'm a rookie investor and am currently house hacking my first duplex. My goal is to buy and hold long term and flip in between out of state. I also plan to continue to house hack. I look forward to learning as much as I can (knowledge is power) and connecting with like minded people.

Hello Joe.
3 things. No specific order.
1- Move to a tax free state.
2. The mathematical formula for buy and hold and flipping is 1:6.
3. NO one is a rookie. You’re 31. You have a ton to add.
