New Investor in NC Raleigh Area - Need guidance for first flip

Hi BP community! I'm a new investor in Raleigh, NC (also a RE Agent). I decided to make the jump and start taking steps towards my first flip earlier this year. I did a small renovation last year (around 65k) and felt really attracted to the idea of flipping.  After 1 year plus of listening/reading BP and also becoming an agent, I feel like im ready to look for my first property. Im currently interested in searching for properties in the Dunn - Fayetteville - Wilson - Goldboro area. I would greatly appreciate suggestions for:

GC's that work in the areas mentioned above. Hard Money / Private Lenders willing to work with new investors.

I'm also open to:

Partnering with new investors eager to start and willing to work.

Partnering with experienced investors willing to provide guidance.

Thanks!
