Foreigner starting a REI company in USA

Hi!

I’m a Swedish citizen wanting to start my Real Estate investing company in the US (Florida to be specific).

Since I’m a foreigner wanting to open a business in USA, do I form an LLC or C-Corp?

Also, is there anything else I need to think about regarding taxes or opening up a business bank account in the states?
