Hi BP family! My name is Saquoia and I'm so excited to be apart of the community and have the opportunity to connect with so many people that are willing and eager to share their knowledge.

I have a background in banking and entrepreneurship as a cosmetologist, but I'm ready to get into the real estate industry as a rental property owner and eventually an investor. I also have property management and staging on my list of To-Do's.

I hope to connect with newbie investors looking to fund starter projects like rehabs and flips. We could create a relationship that we can grow together and both build our portfolios. I am currently studying for my Real Estate license which I plan to use this knowledge to assist me in other avenues. I would also like to connect with Stagers and Property Managers that have any advice on how to start in those particular industries.
