New Brunswick Canada investing.

James Watkins
Posted

Good afternoon BP! My name is James Watkins and this is my first post. I live in the greater Toronto area in Ontario Canada. I bought a house and flipped it over 2.5 years while my family and I lived in it. We are going to take our profits and invest in multi family rentals. I am planning on investing in New Brunswick (Moncton and Saint John) due to the prices still being more affordable and seems like a lot of opportunity for growth there. I'm also planning on long distance investing as we are planning a move back to BC.

I'm looking for any help finding a good real estate agent as well as contractors in these areas.

Any feedback with my plan or any contacts would be greatly appreciated.

Thx .

James.
