Good morning BP,

My name is Yianni, and I live in Philadelphia along with my wife and young family (baby and dog). I spend lots of time in South Jersey (work) so we are discussing possible investments there as well and researching various neighborhoods. I don't think I wrote and intro when I signed up for the site months ago, but I've decided to finally write one.

We are excited to start on our REI adventure and are spending our time currently reading, learning, saving, and hope to be ready to take action on a deal sometime later this year. We've gravitated towards the BRRRR strategy so we can end up with a cash flowing asset and recouping our initial investment to do it over again.

I have a background in the commercial cleaning/facilities maintenance industry where I currently am in a sales role, so I'm constantly trying to improve this part of my skillset. I'm coming to find that most of what we look at as success is just being able to help people and offer solutions to their problems, and I can see how REI follows that same pattern. I enjoy learning from and finding motivation in other people's stories and insights, and so the podcast is an awesome place for that (take a shot, I said awesome).

Anyway, wanted to just introduce myself and we're looking forward to being a part of the community.

Have a great day everyone, thank you,

Yianni O'Hara
