Hi, I’m Dylan Henderson and live in north Mississippi. My wife and I are currently snowballing our debt and will have it paid off in a year (other than mortgage). Once we get close to that goal we are thinking of refinancing our mortgage and using some of the equity as a downpayment on a rental. The hope is to snowball the income from it into another property and then another and so on. We are completely new to this and looking for any and all advice. I am really interested in meeting with anyone who might be local to north Mississippi and picking their brain. So far I’ve been listening to this podcast constantly and have a number of books arriving in the mail to help me learn what I can. Any tips or resources you may have id be glad to hear them! Thanks in advance!!
