(Soon to Be) First Time Investor in Columbus, Ohio

Angelyne Lisinski
Posted

My husband and I are at the edge ready to jump into real estate investing.  We live in the Columbus, OH area and are interested in starting with two to three small multi-family deals this year.  I would love to connect with agents/brokers/lenders/investors/anyone willing to share knowledge, advice, or wisdom.

ABOUT US: I am a long time business litigation attorney/recently turned immigration lawyer and business owner.  My husband is owns a contracting and remodeling business and has experience/connections on the contracting side of multi-family. Other newbie investors want to partner with us to break into multi family, but we want to first start with some smaller MF deals ourselves to get our feet wet.

Despite living in the Columbus area for many years, we're relatively unfamiliar with the local real estate market.  Would love to connect with anyone interested in connecting and welcome all advice for beginners.

Thank you!
