Framing homes in MN, new to RE investments

Hello all! I am new to RE investing, I am currently looking for my first deal. I have a lengthy background in residential framing, and general maintenance.

I would love to answer any questions anyone has about framing/building. 

I'll take any advice people have for a newbie trying to to invest in Minnesota. I definitely feel lucky to have found BP with all their amazing tools and even more amazing people!
