Good evening everyone,
I hope y'all are doing great! My name is James, I'm 23 years old, a U.S. Marine, and am from Northern Virginia. I’m currently stationed in Jacksonville, NC but frequently visit the DC area. I joined BiggerPockets back when I was 18 years old to learn more about real estate after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad but got off track and am now back motivated and ready to start meeting others and soaking up knowledge! I don't have any experience in real estate but my plan is to start with single family houses by house hacking and lease options.
