Looking for investment in Outer Banks area

Hello, 

I'm a newbie on this forum. I live in DC area. 

I have some experience as an investor and landlord. Currently we (my husband and I) have a property in FL for over 10 years and want to invest into Outer Banks, NC. We'll be in OBX at end of March and want to check possible opportunities. I would like to ask you about opinions/recommendations.

Market is crazy in the most of areas in these days, do you think it's a right time to jump in? 

Any advices are highly appreciate. Thank you!
