Getting Started with My First Rental

Hello everyone!

My name is Jeff Wallace and I am brand new to the real estate investment space.

I just closed on my second primary residence. I will be turning my first home into my very first rental property. I have a renter ready to move in and the pieces are falling into place. Looking forward to learning the ropes of being a landlord and building out the processes to help scale!
