Hi! My name is Cole Ihrig and I am a commercial real estate agent and real estate investor in Tyler, Texas. I have had my license and practicing commercial real estate for going on 4 years now. I primarily focus on office sales and leasing but do a little of everything. On the investing side, I am mainly interested in acquiring multi family properties and small apartments. I have put 3 deals together so far that consist of 13 multi family units and 3 commercial units.

I have had my account for a while but I am wanting to make a conscious effort to be more engaged. I love reading posts and articles from BiggerPockets but never really post— and I am going to change that now.

I really enjoy learning about new investment strategies and what others are doing. I have plans to syndicate a bigger deal, once I find the right one.

I'd love to connect with anyone who has advice on getting off-market deals or increasing NOI on properties!

Looking forward to it.

Thanks,

Cole Ihrig
