Investment Advice for San Antonio and Surrounding Areas

Hello BP nation! After a year of research and educating myself through BP and other sources I am ready to invest in my initial rental property. Specifically, I am looking for a multifamily duplex or triplex. I spent many years in Texas through the military and am a resident there. I am currently deployed overseas and consequently will be out of state investing for the time being. I would love to get some advice from the BP community as to trusted real estate agents in the area well versed in the type of investment property I am searching for.

Additionally, I would appreciate some professional views about the rental market in the San Antonio and the surrounding areas and any advice on what areas you recommend to buy the property in.
