Hello everyone, I’m so glad I’ve finally decided to join this online community! Ive been a listener of the bigger Pockets podcast for almost a year now, and just now finally have joined. I know, I know, SHAME. A little bit of a background on me, I am active duty military located in eastern North Carolina. I am here to be a sponge and learn everything there is to know, and then some, about real estate! I currently own a 4 unit row of townhomes and am ready to take the next step in adding to my portfolio here in the next 2-6 months. My short term goals is to eventually own a 16+ unit apartment complex with a long term goal of 100+. Looking forward to the great networking opportunities, ESPECIALLY if you are in the NC area!
