Interested in 6+ Unit Properties
My wife and I are interested in becoming real estate investors. We are specifically interested in commercial real estate of 6+ units. We are saving up money and are willing to purchase a property for as much as $320k. We have been researching various markets and would like some input on which cities any of you have been successful with. Lastly, we would also appreciate any advice on using a local credit union to purchase out of state properties.

@Darius Inge That's great you are ready to talk the plunge!
What are your goals with investing in the real estate? Are you investing for cash flow or appreciation? Are you looking for immediate cash flow or can it wait? What is your appetite for rehab?
Depending on your goals for investing, there are many markets that can meet your criteria for 6+ units. Which markets have you already looked in so far?
