Hello! My name is Ryan and I am new to Yuma. My wife and I are looking to begin our realestate portfolio here, but were having trouble finding deals in such an aggressive market. Im currently in the military so my time is limited but I am extremely driven.

Any information, tips, tricks, connection, etc would be not only vastly helpful but greatly appreciated.
