Lake front vecation rental? Amenities?
Hi I am planing to Remodle a daylight basement on wa, lake one hour from Seattle to a vecation rental. (900square foot)
It’s lake front and basement has lake views.
Should it be one or two bedrooms?
Is shower in bath enough or should we add bathroom?
Currently it has glass screen doors. How important is it to have real door and not just a lock able screen door?
What else should we have to make it a successful vecation rental?
Is it better to cater to family with children( I.e bunk beds) or a couple?
all above questions are about better in the meaning to increase profit
