New investor in Tucson - hello out there!
I am an new investor in Tucson. I have bought a couple of townhouses in Green Valley where my mother lives and I'm looking for properties to buy either in Sahuarita or Tucson.
Thing is I only have a couple of weeks because I live in Taipei and am home for the summer. Need to get moving and make friends quick. Anybody know a good property manager and/or someone who wholesales or is able to offer property before they hit the MLS?
Does anybody feel the urge to help a fellow investor out and show me the ropes?
I have qualification from a major bank and cash too.
