New Baltimore Investor

Hello everyone! My name is Terrence and I’m a beginner investor looking to invest in single-family buy and hold properties preferably in Baltimore, but also open to the overall DMV area. Over the past year I have been educating myself on real estate investing through BiggerPockets and other resources. I’ve been analyzing properties and plan to drive around Baltimore neighborhoods to limit the risk of investing in a property that’s in or close to an area that’ll hurt the property value (I keep coming across that Baltimore is a block-by-block city).
