Hello to all BPer's
I have rental property in El Segundo, but am looking to joint venture with my daughter and her fiancée in a home for them in the Eagle Rock, Sherman Oaks, or Mar Vista neighborhoods of LA. I work at a medical mission hospital in northern Mexico, so working the market is difficult. I hope someone could give me a referral for a wholesaler that works those neighborhoods in LA to help me focus my search. Thanks for any suggestions that you may have
