Hi! I'm a Junior in college with majors in Accounting and Finance. I know that I want to invest in real estate but I'm not sure when I should actually go out and do it. What do you guys suggest I do while I'm away at college to prepare me for real estate investing and when should I actively start looking for properties?

@Don Castellarin I was a sophomore at OSU in Columbus OH when I bought my first duplex. I was able to house hack and increase value while I lived there! Its now my senior year and I own 7 units in the area! Its never too early to get started. The key is to jump in and utilize all the help you can get! So many older people want to and are willing to help young guys like us!
