Newbie in the Philly Suburbs looking to build a network

Hello Fellow BP investors, my wife and I are looking to get into investing. We tried flipping several years ago with partners and learned a ton of what to and more importantly what not to do. Our “flip” is our current home as things did not go according to plan, we ended up moving out of our apartment at the time and refi’ing into our house. Not the worst situation but also not the desired outcome. Since then we have focused on paying off debt, mostly student loans which we had made tremendous progress in the past 5 years. Once those are gone we only have our mortgage. Now that we are getting close to paying off our student debt we wanted to get back in the game. Since it’s been a few years, I would definitely like to network again and start building relationships with fellow investors and the rest of the BP community. I look forward to learning and speaking with you as we go on this new journey into real estate investing.
