New to the area / Fix and Flip homes

Hello all,

I've been in Portland/Vancouver for about two years now and am new to this page. I work with a GC who's been in business here 23 years doing residential and commercial work. He also owns roughly 15- 20 rental properties in the area and they all do well. We're in search of investment properties that need updating/full renovation to be sold or kept as rentals. Also, interested in land that can be split or zoned multifamily. I would appreciate any help and am always eager to learn and strengthen my network.
