Newbie currently living abroad and will return to Tennessee

Some background about me: I am brand new to the real estate world. I am currently a teacher and have been living abroad in Prague with my husband for the past 3 years. We are returning home to the states next year and are planning to begin investing in real estate for the first time. In the meantime, I am here to connect with and learn from other members!

My goals in real estate are to obtain a real estate license and begin BRRRRing single-family and multi-family homes in Tennessee.
