My name is Drew; I am a beginner in the very early stages of learning about housing and real estate in the Clarksville, TN and Middle Tennessee Area.

I am currently military and work at FT. Campbell, KY while searching for business and investment opportunities to starting my post military life in 2 years.
I have a strong desire to own my own business and I see real estate as a potential vehicle to that goal. Real estate may or may not ever be my primary business focus but I believe that if done properly real estate investments could be a great way to diversify risk in my financial life by generating passive income and potentially holding significant borrowing power.

As of now I am trying to keep my goals in RE as general as possible because of my low level of education in the field. Thankfully Forums and Blogs such as this are extremely helpful in getting started and will help me refine my RE goals in the future without the need to spend money on education.
Thank you for reading my introduction, I am looking forward to the future interactions on this board.

Sincerely,
Drew
