Hi everyone! My name is Josh, I'm from Palm Bay, FL and am ready to get started on my real estate investing career. I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts and reading books for a while now and am ready to get moving. I am seeking to purchase BRRRR properties for long term investments as well as fix and flip opportunities for additional income in Brevard County. I am commited to purchasing my first propery this year.
