Hello,

My name is Jerett Sanderson and I am a fairly new to real estate investing. I have one multi-family property that we are currently house hacking. I am focusing on learning how to BRRRR and invest in more Multifamily homes. I would love to connect with any investors in New Jersey specifically in the Monmouth, Ocean, Salem Counties areas that are also focusing on this niche.
