Hello everyone!

I just wanted to say hello and say how excited I am to start diving into the world of real estate. I’ve been reading a few books and have learned more about what it takes to become a successful real estate investor and have started listening to the bigger pockets podcasts. I’ll be honest and say that I have no idea what I’m doing just yet and was wondering what kind of advice you guys would have for a newbie like me. I hope to acquire a rental property within the next 1-1.5 yrs and would appreciate the advice on things I should be looking out for either good or bad. Hope to interact with you all soon ! :)
