Travel a lot for day job

Thomas Meade
Posted

Hi, interested in buying a rental property, but my day job requires me to travel often, 50% of the time and unexpectedly. Does anyone have advice about managing properties while traveling for work? I'm sure there are property managers but do they cut into a majority of profits from rental income?

I live in St. Louis, MO area and I just found bigger pockets a week ago. Sorry if this has already been answered in an earlier post. Thank you all in advance.
