Greetings, I am a spanking new real estate investor currently residing in the Frederick, Md area. I am currently on the hunt for my first wholesale deal and was wondering if Frederick is a good market. A lot of investors advised me to try the Baltimore area, however, I will like to try Frederick first and move outwards. Any insight will help.
