Hi! I'm just starting out, like just started listening to the podcast and bought my first book on REI, just starting. I live in Hawaii and property here is wayyy to expensive for a beginner I think, or are there ways to start at this price point? So I'm probably more interested in starting with investments elsewhere. I'm kind of all over the place and need help finding a clear path to follow. Thanks in advance for any help.
