My First Investment Property!

Hello BP! 

After lots of books and plenty BP podcasts, I have finally closed on my first investment property! I'm house-hacking with an FHA loan in NJ. I will also be renovating and managing the property on my own (lots of help from friends and family of course.) I know there is a lot of work to do and more to learn, but I am so stoked for the adventure!
