I am a current landlord of a SFR ( by necessity) and looking to get into rehabs. I have always had a great interest in Real Estate.
I am a full-time firefighter and am looking to turn some of my spare time into a cash generating real estate investment company. I have been reading the forums for quite awhile, mainly gathering information concerning my rental.
I have significant time off of my full time job, and am quite handy in all things concerning property maintenance. I am currently looking for my first flip, and hope to do something in the next 3-6 months. I really appreciate all of the knowledge passed on in these forums, and I look forward to keeping everyone updated on my future projects.
