New investor to ST Petersburg, FL

Hello BP  Community, 

My name is Jason, and I have recently relocated to the  ST. Petersburg, FL area from Kirkland, WA. Currently in the process of getting my Home Inspector license. I am also looking for my first deal. I have some previous experience in WA with land development deals on MT Rainier. 

I am currently looking at house flips or small rental properties 2-4 units. If anyone would like to connect or discuss the area please reach out!
