New member from La Crosse WI

I am a realtor from La Crosse Wi and would like to introduce myself. I would like to get into fix and flip with some wholesaling for properties that don't fit my criteria. I am fixing up my dad's house as practice for the real thing. Learning how to cut one cost to make up an overage in another area is challenging! Another interesting thing I am learning is what types of finishes buyers expect in the area. I would like to build an investor list to birddog possibilities to, so if you are investing in the area, let me know. One challenge (or maybe not!) is how to be a flipper while being an active agent (You don't want to sell to me? Well, I'll list it for you! - credibility issue?)
