Hello from Tampa. New member

Hello BP Family,

First post. I am in the process of buying my first rental property in Tampa. Bigger pockets has motivated me ever since I found them about 5 months ago. Currently on episode 254 of the podcast and listening every day. Bigger pockets moved my timeline up for purchasing this property by more than two years, and for that I am grateful. Going to be buying rental property two in the next year! This community is amazing and I am glad to be here. Have a great night!
